Create map for oruxmaps from png to a single sqlite database

In MobileAtlasCreator1.8alpha5OruxMapsTest.zip, mobac can create map for oruxmaps from online map to a single file, oruxmaps sqlite.
Is there any possibility for OruxMapsDesktop to have this capability?

The reason is that some countries, such as China, shifts the coordinates of Google maps, so when you tried to create a offline map for oruxmaps using mobac, the result offline map can't match the gps signal at all...The only way to solve this coordinates shift problem as far as I can configure is to create offline map from mobac in OZI format(a single png file), then using OruxMapsDesktop to convert it to oruxmaps format by inputting the calibrated points coordinates by my self, however, it can't take advantage of mobac to create a single file offline map...

If you know the difference, perhaps you can edit .otrk2.xml file and enter the correct coordinates here:
