Time Reference for Waypoint ETA Empty Time Reference for Waypoint ETA

Hello.

The following suggestion is to improve OruxMaps for aviation users.

The Time Reference for Waypoint ETA appears to use device local time. Aviation uses Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), which is also depicted in 24hr format.

Is it possible to provide a configuration for what time reference OruxMaps uses? It may be simple to have it in Settings - Units - Time - Local or UTC. If UTC is selected, an extra drop-down field could then define the positive or negative offset to establish the UTC time from device time. Alternatively, I believe the GPS GPZDA sentence provides all that info.
