create maps from IGN files

Hi

is it possible to create map for oruxmap from IGN georando files (files format is spk ) raster.spk and !layer.xml

you have a good idea, cut France on small zone and put for everybody the maps. this avoid than many people makes the same job. I give this idea for this program

also i discover later we have border problems between two maps when we changed maps during travel
