Transparency for maps Empty Transparency for maps

It would be awesome to have the chance to load more maps at the same time as overlapping layers, and being able to choose the transparency level of the topmost one, as in some GIS software.

For instance, one could see a picture from the sky (on bottom) while reading the hills isohypses and other infos in the topographic map (on top).

It's easy with maps that use the same projection, for example spherical Mercator. But OruxMaps works with all formats, so the overlap is very difficult, because you have to reproject the map, and it is very expensive.

And there is another important limitation: memory which android allows to each application is very small, keep in memory two maps has many challenges.
