Creating a map step by step?

I downloaded oruxmapsdesktop, but I dont understand how to make my map.

I have maps from a other program called PAN on my computer. PAN can save maps in *.jpg or google earths *.kmz files.

The coordinatsystem in PAN is EUREF89 UTM sone 32(22).
PAN can convert to WGS84/EU89.
