Convert FROM (and not to :p) OruxMap SQLiteDB

Hello,

I'm new to this forum, and...i don't use Oruxmap :p But i have a good reason ! I don't have an Android.

I have a problem and i can't find a solution : In France, it's really difficult to get Tiles from Geoportail, there is a tool named Topomap which can do that, but with only two output formats : Oruxmap SQLiteDB and World File & Ozi.

But i can't use WorldFile & Ozi, Topomap creates approximately 400 .map files, which all contains some errors (based on "," and "."...) And only 2 files in Oruxmap SQLiteDB.
My objective is to create custom map source in Mobac, based on Oruxmap SQLiteDB, then create map i need from mobac, in format i need.

and finally, my problem : Mobac can't load in custom map source OruxMap SQLiteDB, only OSMAND db or RMap.

Do you know a tool to convert Oruxmap on those formats ? I already tried Mapc2mapc but it can't load Oruxmap Db, he can only writes it.
