Calculate speed allowing for extra for vertical height

Hello,

I think your app is excellent with amazing amounts of functionality. (I now use it in preference to a dedicated garmin oregon gps unit.)

However I have a few suggestions :

1. When calculating estimated times permit extra time to be added for assent e.g. allow 1 hour for every 3 miles forward, plus 1 hour for every 2000 feet of ascent. (Where the 3 miles and 2000 feet can be specified in the settings.) This would be useful when hiking.

2. In the TC menus allow some entries to be double width but normal height. Currently if an entry has a lot of characters e.g. position in OSGB format, then the result is abbreviated, so the full position cannot be seen.

3. In the TC menus it would be useful if "time of day" was available as an option, since the time in the android status bar is very small.
