Show gradient/slope in degrees at current position

Hi orux,

I am a big fan of your great oruxmaps app! It's still my favourite app!

You included DEM data to show the current altitude from DEM data. That's great and I love this feature. It is extremly usefull. As I like skiing and freeriding very much it is very important to have the risk of avalanches in mind. To rate the risk of triggering an avalanche there are different methods (I prefer Werner Munters reduction method). One of the most import things about it is to know the gradient of the slope you want to ride in degrees. On the other hand it is not so easy to get the gradient from the maps. The only way I know is to have a paper based topo map with 1:25.000 scaling and a certain extra scale to measure the gradient. So it would be great if you also could show the gradient in degrees at the current cursor position (equivalent to the DEM altitude) determined from the DEM data oruxmaps already is using.

Do you think a feature like this is able to implement? I am pretty sure every freerider and every person who is aware of avalanches would be excited. This feature would be extremly useful and as far as I know there is no comparable tool to get the gradient that easy. This would be a real innovation!

that would be absolutelly fantastic! This would be an outstanding and unique feature and it could help to safe lives as it would give very important support at avalanche risk management.
