Problem with big (> 2GB) sqlite files

I have problem with sqlite DB bigger them 2GB,
some tiles can't be displayed.

I have map of south half of Austria in 8 bit png, zoom 13 (aprox 3,2GB) and it doesn't work.
Same map in 80% jpeg (approx. 1,3 GB and it works fine)

No other map bigger them 2GB doesn't work.

Atlases are created with MOBAC v1.9.11 and are opened with last Oruxmaps.

All SQLITE formats (Orux, MBTile, ...) doesn’t work.

Device: Motorola Defy+, CM 7.2.
