I cannot find 'Settings'

Page 34 of the User Manual describes all sorts of things you can change in Settings.

I can find Settings under each of the menus brought up by the four icons at the top of my screen (Tracks, Waypoints, Routes and Maps). But none of the options they give match with what is on Page 34 of the User Manual.

So I suspect there must be another Settings menu that I have not managed to find. For example, I cannot find anything to do with Preferences, or Buttons, or Dashboard, or GPS.

android 'menu' button. Depends on your android version and device.

Your response was brief, but it gave me the clue - the Settings menu is not found via an Icon within the application, but is found on the function button at the bottom left of the screen.
