ozf2 maps in 5.5.3

I have the official Dutch "Top25 to move" maps in ozf2 format. I installed one with the corresponding .map file. When I try to update the map database, I get an error on the .map file. You can see the content of this file below:

Hi;

it seems that your .ozf2 is not an ozf2, it is an ozf3 file:
first two bytes--> 0x7780 for ozfx3 and 0x7778 for ozf2; yours is 0x7780

The charts that I bought were advertised by the editor as ozf2 charts. I just sent a mail to them to confirm this. Is there a possibility to use ozfx3 in Oruxmaps or do I have to convert them to ozf2, if possible?

Hi; ozf3 files are encrypted, I do not know how to use those maps, may be in the future.

I do not know if it is possible convert ozf3 to ozf2, I haven't found apps to do that.

You can convert the Dutch 'TOP25' raster maps to Oruxmaps format (I did that, but cannot remember exactly how, it was not difficult). 'TOP25' can be downloaded from:
1. https://www.pdok.nl/nl/producten/pdok-downloads/basis-registratie-topografie/topraster/top25raster-downloads
2. http://mirror.openstreetmap.nl/kadaster/Top25/.

TOP25 rasterfiles are open data now. This means: no costs en provided under license CC-BY-SA 3.0.
