Where can I find OruxMapsDesktop?

Now that British Ordnance Survey have pulled out the rug from under our feet, I urgently need a means to convert images of OS maps into Oruxmaps format. OruxMapsDesktop sounds like it might do the job but when I tried the link in the sticky in this forum, my browser reported that the domain name no longer exits.

Is OruxMapsDesktop still available and does it work on Windows 7? If so, where can I find it?

Anyone any experience, either using OruxMapsDesktop or otherwise, of how to convert images of OS maps into offline maps that I can use with OruxMaps on my Android phone?
