Bluetooth 4.0 / Smart Bluetooth

Hi Guys,
i want to know if it's possilbe to connect 2 devices (e.g. HR-Belt and cadence Sensor) at the same time to an BT4 Smartphone (e.g. Galaxy S4)? Second Question is, can i use it with Oruxmaps or will it be possible to use in future?

Hi;

you need android 4.3 if you want to connect a BT 4.0 device with android.

OM will be compatible, after I have the 4.3 update in my device
