OruxMapsDesktop converting ozi calibrated bmp map

Hello,

I have converted successfully several maps, calibrated with Ozi, based on jpg pictures.

With one map i have problems, it is calibrated with Ozi, but the image is a bmp picture.
Some tiles are created, some of them are "black".

After replacing the bmp image with the jpg image conversion works fine.

I have found a strange behaviour in java ImageIO when reading bmp files.

I have solved this issues for next OruxMapsDesktop.
