Show last map on startup, setting

Hello!
How about a setting to enable showing last map at startup of OruxMaps.
90% of the time I start OruxMaps I using the last map.

I was thinking in removing first screen of OruxMaps, but perhaps yours is a better option,

Removing the first screen seems like a good idea to me. GammalGreggans suggestion could very well be a part of that solution.
