Southern Hemisphere Maps

I cannot see anyway of changing the hemisphere from north to south in the Desktop program.
Is this possible, or should I convert each image separately?

You can introduce negative values in the coordinate fields, or coordinates with S; for example:
-44.34433
or
44.34433 S

Sorry, I meant to say in the batch converter screen.
I have the single image process working fine, but would like to make a large series of maps.

I worked out the problem. To use the batch converter for the Southern hemisphere, you need to use geographic coordinates. I was using grid cords, with my images appearing around Vladivostok instead of Sydney.
