Offline Map recognition

Sorry, but I am a new user with a couple questions regarding offline maps:

(1) I created offline maps of national forest using Mobile Atlas Creator per instructions on website.
Moved maps to Droid X folder. I can open the offline maps manually and use just fine.

When out in the forest,however, if I try to open map using Actual Location option (after establishing GPS position with GPS Status) it does not recognize or open the offline map corresponding to my current location. It does not open any offline maps - I believe it says none are available. Yet if I open the map manually by browsing I can verify it contains my current position.

Suggestions on where to start looking for the problem?

(2) Also, if I open an offline map manually for the area I am in by browsing maps, how do I get OruxMaps to display my current GPS location on the map?

I'm also using OruxMaps on a Droid x.....
1) What happens if you select Tools/Maps at current position? That should give you a choice of all loaded maps...at your current position.
2). You can either go back to the main menu and select Actual location, or start a new track.
