Mapsforge with contour lines

Hi,

Oruxmaps with mapsforge works fine! I love it! Thank you for implementing it. Now I don't have to bother to have the map I need at the moment.

There is just one feature I am missing: contour lines. As there exist srtm data in osm format does anyone know how to generate mapsforge maps including srtm data?

This is one reason why I am using rastermaps form opencyclemap. Another reason is that small roads / paths in the current mapsforge-maps are all rendered in the same style and that the cycleroutes are not shown.

I would like to understand the problem:
A) Is it a problem of generating or let's say assembling the vectormaps?
B) Or / and is this a problem of rendering the vector maps?

In case A) somebody would have to find out how to change the process done by mapsforge replacing openstreetmap by opencyclemap.
In case B) we would need another renderer as part of oruxmaps.

Is this correct?
