offline map going funny

Hello there,

from time to time i have problems with the offline map and a loaded track.
I'm using this great app for running in unknown areas. If I go to another town, I download a gpx file from gpsies.com which I would like to run later. I direct OruxMaps to the area and download the map tiles for later use. If I start my run, I open the downloaded map und load the stored track. I do my run and most of the time everything is going fine. But sometimes - most often if I change zoom levels, three different failures happen:
1. The track vanishes. The track will be back if I zoom another level up or down. I have no screenshot to prove that.
2. Funny lines are appearing. This screenshot shows the loaded track, what I actually run and the funny lines (the red and blue one from top to bottom). They disapear when I change zoom level but than..
3. Red areas appearing. This screenshot shows the red areas which appeared just after changing zoom level after I got the funny lines above.

My system: HTC Desire, Android 2.3.7, CyanogenMod 7 (happens with 7.1 stable and every nightly) OruxMaps 4.6.2

Some similar effects can happen using 3d mode.

do you use 3d view mode?

not intentionally, but of course it may happen that I touch the screen and view mode changes, since I hold the device in my hand while running.

Is there an option to not allow 3d mode? I could see than, if the error is gone.
