new user has a question --> search for a address or poi in offline OSM Map

Hello,

i have the following situation and want to ask if someone knows how to handle that with OruxMaps.
At first i have my android now just one week - so i am not perfect in that device.

I have a SE Xperia Active and have installes c:geo and Orux Maps. Both point to the same directory where my offline osm maps are located. So far everythink is fine and working.

But before i bought the Android i used my garmin with the OSM MAP intergartion, and i was able to search for address and POI (Points of interesset) in the free OSM Cards.

Now i try to find that option and i do not find it in the software - can someone help - is that missing in that great software OruxMaps.

Why i need it - we are traveling with our mobile home across europe and where we stop i want to find the next open air pool or a special museum.
I have only find the option to search for a geo coordinates but not street names or POI.

Can you please help in that question
