How to make an OruxMapsImages.db avaliable on the PC?

I've got a simple Problem. however, I'm stuck nevertheless. I got very good maps in the form of oruxmaps sqlite database with calibration files from a friend. They work perfectly on my Android Phone. Now I'd like to use them on my PC. Available programs are Global Mapper and OKMap. Now a lot of programs for the PC can write oruxmaps databases, but noone seems to be able to read them.

As far as I can see, conversion of oruxmaps to a format (any would do) that Global Mapper can read would be straigtforward, but I'm not a programmer. Has anybody an idea?
