Custom waypoint alarm

I want to use Custom waypoint alarm
"play audio extensions, if available for the current waypoint, when arriving at it."


but I don't understand following sentence. please, show me an explanation of picture.

You can add the type and message in the file customwpts.txt like this:
type -> continue
icon -> continue.png
voice msg -> Continue straight
add this line at the end of customwpts.txt file in OruxMaps / customwpts / folder:
continue|Continue straight


#Name of your custom wpt types.
#All line starting with '#' character will be ignored.
#List here the types (without '#' as first character); example:

#If the type name matches with the name of an icon (minus .png extension),
#the icon will be used. Example, if there is an icon with name car.png inside
