Save a route

can anybody help me?
if i search for a route (route tab then search route) and create it with the navigation-option (car-shortest[i have to tab twice on
the map-first for the startpoint, second for the target]) the route loads niceley on the map and i can follow it and everything.
but how can i save the route ?
i really tried everything and cant find the solution..

can anybody help please?

I'd like to have the opportunity to save those routes too!
