Menu Soft Key Missing

I am running the latest orux beta on a honeycomb tablet. The menu keys are soft on the tablet, unlike on my phone. The menu button was present before but now is missing. I no longer have access to the tweaks menu as well as others. Is this something that is toggled on or off?

It is a bug.

Updated today to 3.4.3 to solve this problem.
