3.5.22 with no GPS

Impossible select OffLine Maps from first screen - with message "GPS not found!"

Selection OnLine Maps is okay.
Switch to offline maps from online - is okay too.

there are two buttons for offline maps:

-->select map offline (does not requires gps)
-->open an offline map at current position, requires gps.
