ANT+ reception shut off in tracklog mode after follow route action (4.6.3)

Thanks for your great Oruxmaps app that I enjoy very much. Tons of features, excellent usability.

Using Oruxmaps 4.6.3. (Xperia Active phone with Android 2.3.4) for bicycle rides with ANT+ HR monitor. Recording HR works fine as far as I am using normal tracklog mode.
At yesterdays ride I tried to switch on follower mode (icon with road-arrow), aiming at some waypoint. I did not create a new track or track segment, but kept on recording the track I had already begun.
At the moment routing was activated, HR monitoring and ANT+ indicator (status bar) disappeared. Even after stopping follower mode, it could not be reactivated.
After finishing the trip I found heart rate recording had stopped even in the GPX track created. In fact, recording of heart rate had stopped at the time I switched on waypoint routing.

However, I had voice feedback configured all the time, and it kept on telling me my current and average heart rate even after I had switched on the routing and ANT+ actually had disappeared.
To me it looks like a bug, but I am still a beginner with Oruxmaps, so maybe I am wrong.
