Location management

Excellent app. Couple of minor suggestions:

1. make the my location button (between the zoom buttons) more responsive, even when the app has no GPS lock. This would provide some user feedback about why the app cannot achieve a GPS lock.

2. include an option for the user to allow the phone to use network-based location. This would help the user to zoom quickly to their approximate map location when using the phone indoors and GPS is unavailable. Increasing this basic locational functionality is not going to make the app less accurate - all the other mapping/GPS apps include it!

Hi,

1.-this button is not for gps, is a reset digital zoom button.

2.-OruxMaps uses network location for first fix (if enabled).

Then my next question is: do you think the app would benefit from having a button to zoom to the current location? When I start the phone without GPS it never picks up my approximate location. I think this would be useful. Some settings for network location might also help.

you can start OruxMaps at your current position with a long press on online/offline maps button, is this what you need?
