add new tileserver to oruxmaps

Hi,

I set up a new tile server that covers Europe:

4UMaps.eu

The map is optimized for outdoor activity with hill shading, contour lines etc.
There are pre calculated off line OruxMaps ready to download.

If you like, you can add the server to Orux as online map source.

Hi Orux,

the server is in the latest version, cool!
The maximum available zoom level is 15 on this server.
In your .xml file it is 17....
