Error in wms creator

Hello,
i'm italian, so sorry for my english
Yesterday i created a new wms map : wms.pcn.minambiente.it/ogc?map=/ms_ogc/WMS_v1.3/raster/IGM_25000.map
and then i tried to create a map offline from this wms link.
For some problems with download of the map i deleted the wms link of my map in the "maps online" but when i tried to create again the same wms map, came out this error " Errore nel tentativo di leggere le capacità del wms".
I uninstalled the program but after there is still the same error..
Could you help me pls?
