Support for vector maps or polish format maps

The current version of OruxMaps uses bitmap images as maps which can be quite large if you're covering a large area and don't render well when zoomed to extremes.

Are there any plans to support vector-based map datum such as the polish format used by MapEdit to create polish maps, or even read Garmin IMG files?

Oruxmaps supports Mapsforge Maps, this is very smal Mapsformat.
The next version of Oruxmaps will work with Garmin IMG Maps.
