error reading wms capabilities

Hello,

I Have just installed Oruxmaps on an Samsung Android 4.1 phone.
While trying to create a new WMS service. I get the message "Error reading WMS capabilities"
using the following URL

http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/ogc?map=/ms_ogc/WMS_v1.3/raster/IGM_25000.map&

This same URL works with QlandekarteGT.
What am I doing wrong? Any special option must be specified?
