Is there a forum for sharing public domain custom maps?

Thanks for oruxmaps. It's a great app. I often use it on an android tablet while hiking, camping, or kayaking. I create custom trail maps from freely available map files as others probably do. Is there a place we can post and share public domain custom orux maps we create? If not, would you be willing to setup a forum here?

I'm not sure if I understand, what you are looking for...
Do you want to share your tracks/routes? I use gpsies for this purpose. It's www.gpsies.com. It is even integrated in Oruxmaps. There are other sites for this purpose integrated in Oruxmaps, too.
If you really want to provide map-data, why don't you integrate your data in openstreetmaps?
Are you looking for offline maps for download? Look for openandromaps. That is a great site. It's run by Christian (kech61), who is contributing here, too.
