Route-Search-Parameter Empty Route-Search-Parameter

Every time the "Route search" function used must the parameters set new. This is very bad. Can you not make this parametervalues entrys persistent for the next use ?
Or can i set this in the configuration(eg: Route==> Fahrrad/kürzeste/BRouter(offline)?
