Route Navigation

Hi,

First of all thanks for the great software that Oruxmaps is at the moment. I use it mainly when I go out mountain-biking.
Since you are asking for improvement suggestions, I have one. The main thing I miss in Oruxmaps is are the route navigation I used to enjoy using Oziexplorer CE on my winmo device.

You could load op a route (a set of waypoints) in oziexplorer and it would indicate turns with a symbol and sound ("Turn left in 100 meters" for example) when you select to follow the route.

This made it easier to follow a track with a mountain-bike without having to stop and look at the map at every intersection.
