Changing the Level of a map?
Changing the Level of a map?
I have a Google Earth image on layer 11 and the rest of my maps (topo maps) on layers 12-18. This way when you zoom out to layer 11 you get a Google Earth satelite map of the region.
However, the Google Earth map you get on Layer 11 is very low resolution, compared to one created on Layer 18.
Is this possible...
Can I create the detailed Google Earth map on Layer 18 and then manually edit the xml file and change the map layer from 18 to 11?? That way I'd have a very detailed map on Layer 11.
Here's part of the xml file:
...
<MapCalibration layers="true" layerLevel="0">
<MapName><![CDATA[ge11]]></MapName>
...
<MapCalibration layers="false" layerLevel="11">
<MapName><![CDATA[ge11 11]]></MapName>
<MapChunks xMax="2" yMax="2" datum="WGS84" projection="Mercator" img_height="512" img_width="512" file_name="ge11 11" />
...
