External USB GPS
External USB GPS
One more question about external GPS units.
Most (some, actually) GPS loggers out there are not only able to send GPS data through bluetooth, but also via USB.
That would be a battery saver both for the unit itself and for the phone.
Could Oruxmaps support that? Is it OS-dependent maybe?
Thanks so much

Re: External USB GPS
Hello,
I am bumping up the question
I bought the Qstarz BT-1000ex in the end. I will report how it behaves with Orux.
It would be GREAT, AWESOME, TOTAL, AMAZING, OHWYWYWYEYEYEYEHHHA if Orux could support it via USB rather than Bluetooth. It would be TOTAL.
More donations on the way if that is going to be supported.
Thanks.
