using WMS service

Hi,
I am having problems adding wms map. I don't know whicch url should I provide and error messages provided by Orux don't tell me anything. Anyway, I was supposed to use this link: http://sdi.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_topo/wmservice.aspx after some guessing I got to this URL: http://sdi.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_topo/wmservice.aspx?version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS . But it also won't work. Can you give me some tips what should I do? Is a problem with service, Orux or me?

Try this configuration of wms_services.xml file, which is working for me.

I tried that, but Orux won't show any map-images when I open this map :/

It should be something wrong with Geoportal wms service.
When I write the wms service address in web browser I should receive xml file, but currently I receive "connection closed by server".
I heard that Geoportal sometimes is out of service, tomorrow may be better. I will check it.
