Navigation and place finding

Hi there, 

What does it require to have an offline navigation to a specific place or to at least search the map for a specific address?

Is this overall possible or limited due to technical limitation of OruxMaps only showing layered (pictured) maps?

the map is a picture; you need data connection for place search.
