Samsung Galaxy S2: lost GPS connection/activation

After a month or so when oruxmaps worked quite good with only some problems in data not perfectly recorded in tracks, suddenly it stopped working.
The app works but it doesn't "link" the GPS.
All others app GPS based apps works well (maps, gps essential, get altitude, androzic, navigator etc)
Have you an idea?
I made:
- double wipe of the phone
- reinstalled oruxmaps from scratch without any other downloaded app

Nothing worked.

Today i gave a check to the 3.4.3 version that WORKS correctly, then it is definitely a 4.0.1 bug.
Could we hope in a fix ?
