Process oruxmaps hungup during Mapmytracks upload

I have version 4.0.1 and during track upload to MapMyTracks I've got "process unexpectedly closed". I'm able to upload the same tracks to Everytrail, Gpsies.
At older version all worked fine. Maybe the reason is that the track have i.e. 300km or 500 km.
The upload process for all sites look like
- prepare data
- connect to the site
- send data

I have G1 with Android 1.6 and 4GB SDHC card (3GB free)

May be a problem with memory limits; Mapmytracks server works in a different way than gpsies/everytrail.
