recording track does not work in the situation of screen is off

I have a problem that is when I recording a trck with the screen is on, everything is ok. when the screen is off the function (recording track) does not work. it only works in the situation of screen is on. I don't know what cause this, my cellphone or this software.

For me it also works when the screen is turned off. Well, this fact that doesn't help you much but it means that the software generally is capable of recording a track when the screen is turned off.

are you sure you are recording a track (you see a red path)?

I have contracted the manufacturer and them told me that is a design flaw, nothing about the software.
