Display off and missing first character

I am testing your app on samsung galaxy SII, android 2.3.5. and found two minor bugs:

- on some message screens and in preferences the very first charater of the row(s) is missing (for example: instead of "GPS disabled ...." it is written "PS disabled.....", etc...

- when recording track is on and option "screen allways on" is enabled after home button is pushed (recording is running in background) android home screen display stays on (wallpaper doesn't start).

however, it is awesome app!

No Problems with my Galaxy S2 (2.3.6) and the newest version of oruxmaps ...

I reinstall app...same result...

I use the german menu and there are not such missing letters. Maybe its a bug only in the english menu?

I tried with german menu - it really works fine, so obviously there is an bug in english menu. am I the only one with this problem? app anyway works fine - it is only annoying using it that way. what does Orux has to say about this?

someone has eaten the first character in many phrases (English version), something very strange.
