Share tracks with QR codes

My friend Tom Payne has developed a great application for paragliding: http://xcplanner.appspot.com/

Using this app we can plan our flights.

One of the killer feature is the ability to share your tracks using a QR code, try the "share" button.

The track is encoded using the google polyline encoding algo: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/utilities/polylinealgorithm.html

I would love to see Orux being able to extract the data from this QR and add this as a route in the app. Orux should have the ability to use either a plain encoded polyline or retrieve it from an URL parameter (which is the case here).

Orux should also be able to produce QR code for sharing tracks & route (and may be more in the future).

I would have liked to contribute this feature if OM was open sourced.
