Open Ozi files

Why not to use Ozi maps directly or even create maps directly on the phone just downloading from Google, SIGPAC or other sources?

What you propose is not easy.

When OruxMaps have the same years as Ozi ( +10 years?) perhaps.

Well, There is an android application called LocA that download its own maps from public map sources.
This application does not work very well but this download tool.

Would not be possible to have something similar on OruxMaps?
It would be great!

Ozfx3 files uses less diskspace than the files used for now by Orux, and are as fast in reading as the tilesystem used.
AND there is an awfull lot of good Ozfx3 maps on the internet !!!

But Orux is real greate program !!
