problems by import gpx-files from GPSies.com

hi,

first i want to the that is a great app !! runs perfectly

but ....

i can not import tracks or laps as gpx from GPSies.com it came also a error-message by the import-trail ...

have you any ideas to fit the problem ?

Can't inport any GPX file created out of the GPSies App.

OruxMaps was working fine; the problem was with a changed 'tracks directory' which must end with '/'.

Hi, no changes.

1.-Copy the kml/gpx file in oruxmaps/tracklogs/ directory
2.-'Tracks' button, then menu--'import track'
3.-select the gpx/kml file

well, actually i can't import any of the gpx and kml files from gpsies. just download a gpx from the site, it doesn't matter which one you choose.
what information do you need to find out why it works on your device but not on ours?

Hi;

download a gpx; then try to import it to Oruxmaps.

if fails, send -->oruxuro@gmail.com

may be it is a database problem. Rename oruxmapstracks.db file (inside oruxmaps/tracklogs/), restart OruxMaps (a new database will be created) try to import the file again.

Hi, I'm having the same issue trying to import a garmin basecamp created gpx. already tried to reset the database w/o success.
I do have the issue as well after saving an oruxmaps created gpx with basecamp. The newly created gpx cannot be imported into oruxmaps.

any ideas?
