Start-up map on 4.8.63 Version

Hi,
I've just downloaded the last available version on googleplay. When I start Oruxmaps, the pop up says "loadin ....." map but doesn't find it so screen remains blank. I must drag to reach an other tile or press "what's there" to see a map. I must say that I've unable world map to avoid interference between tiles and world background.
