Another DATUM help

i have a problem with this datum:

European 1950,WGS 84, 0.0000, 0.0000,WGS 84

Reserved 1

Reserved 2

Magnetic Variation,1,5,E

Map Projection,(UTM) Universal Transverse Mercator,PolyCal,No,AutoCalOnly,No,BSBUseWPX,No

"unknow datum", and manually select european 1950 (ITALY OR AUSTRIA) or WGS 84 and i see a big calibration error compared to google maps:

46.88,12.14 -> 46.78,11.92

what can i try?
