Oruxmaps doesn't use external card

I want the maps to be stored on my external card:
path  /storage/extSdCard/oruxmaps/mapfiles

Oruxmaps doesn't use it and says "cannot cannot change to "/root"" or similar. Oruxmaps also opens a message box and closes it so fast that I can not even read what it says. The message box has OK and Cancel.
"Settings" were difficult to do and do not work.

My hardware: Galaxy Tab 3 (internal memory 8 GByte)
OS: Android 4.1.2.

EDIT: I have made a download from the app and that was well located now. Online Maps however are still on the sd0.

Hi;

Some critical files can not be moved to the removable device.

May be in the future, but oruxMaps can not work fine if you remove the external sd and those files are in that removable device.
