Garmin Glo cannot be connected as BT external GPS.
It is displayed in Settings, but afterwards oruxmaps
displays a message stating that cannot connect.
Garmin Glo can be connected as internal GPS using
Ultra GPS Logger in parallel to oruxmaps.
