Converting BSB problem

There is a problem with Oruxdesktop.

I have large number of seacharts in KAP/BSB.
They have been put throug bsb2png to make png files.
About two thirds of them went through Oruxdesktop in batch mode OK.
The last third said "failed:/path/filename.KAP nul!!!"
Tried to remake them and put them through Oruxdesktop one by one.
Operation failed.
The charts are swedish marine charts in KAP/BSB format with mercators projection

If I try to put them throug Oruxdesktop forcing another projection they end up OK.
But I suspect they wont be accurate.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Certanly.

As I see it it can be one of two (or both) problem.
Either the charts are of a too large scale or they are irregular shaped.

But I'll send you three charts of varius scales.
